Daizy is an experienced clinical operations leader with over ten years of experience managing global clinical trials from Phase I to Phase IV across ophthalmology, gene therapy, oncology, infectious diseases and vaccines. She serves as Associate Director, Clinical Operations at Complement Therapeutics and has held senior roles at Novartis and Gyroscope Therapeutics, leading end-to-end trial delivery, global site and vendor management, budgets, and regulatory submissions across EMEA.

Daizy has deep expertise in vendor and CRO leadership, ethics and health authority interactions, cross-functional leadership and line management. She is passionate about mentoring team members and contributing to the development of innovative therapies. Daizy holds a Master’s degree in Biobank Management.
